Overseas education scam: Just Thought consultancy owner arrested while trying to leave country

Acting on a tip-off, officers from Bhatara Police Station arrested Matiur Rahman in Uttara shortly before he was due to board a flight out of the country, scheduled for 2:30am, said Officer-in-Charge Mazharul Islam.
